Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your Kudora account and personal data at any time. Here are two ways to do it, and what happens after.

Delete from inside the app

The quickest way is from within Kudora. Open your account settings, choose to delete your account, and confirm. This removes your account and starts deleting your personal data.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot open the app, email support@kudora.in from the address linked to your account, or tell us which account you used to sign in. We will confirm your request, then delete your account and personal data for you.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove your personal data, including:

• Your account identity and profile.
• Your workouts, plans, exercises, sets, and notes.
• Your body measurements and history.
• Your favourites and reminder settings.
• The device token used to send you notifications.

What we may keep, and why

We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it, for example basic records needed for accounting or to handle a dispute. Records of any purchase are held by the app store under its own policy. Anything we keep is the minimum necessary and is removed once it is no longer needed.

How long it takes

We remove your personal data within 30 days of your request, unless we must keep limited records as described above. We will let you know once it is done.
