Privacy Policy
Last updated 31 May 2026
This policy explains what information Kudora handles, why, and the control you have over it. We keep it plain so you always know where you stand.
Who we are
Kudora is a workout app provided by Qbler Technolabs Private Limited. When this policy says "we" or "Kudora", it means that company. Our contact details are at the end of this page.
Information we handle
To run the app and keep your training in sync, we handle:
- Account identity. When you create an account you sign in with Apple or Google. We receive a basic identifier and, where you allow it, your name and email address.
- Your training content. The workouts, plans, exercises, sets, reps, weights, rest times, notes, and favourites you create and log.
- Body measurements. Readings you choose to record, such as body weight, body-composition figures, and tape measurements. We treat these as sensitive personal data and handle them with extra care.
- Reminders and notifications. The reminder days you set, and a device token that lets us deliver notifications to your phone.
- Subscription status. Whether you have a Pro subscription, which we receive from the app store that processed your purchase.
- Device and diagnostic information. Limited technical information such as app version, device type, and crash reports, used to keep the app reliable.
How we use your information
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To store your workouts, plans, and measurements and sync them to your devices.
- To show your reports, trends, and history.
- To send the reminders and notifications you ask for.
- To confirm your subscription and unlock Pro features.
- To fix problems, improve performance, and keep the service safe.
Legal basis and consent
We handle your information to provide the service you asked for and to meet our legal obligations. For sensitive data such as body measurements, and for notifications, we rely on the consent you give in the app. You can withdraw that consent at any time by adjusting your settings or by contacting us.
Service providers
We work with a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf, strictly to run the service. We name them by function:
- Authentication, to sign you in securely.
- Secure cloud hosting, to store your data.
- Media delivery, to stream exercise animations.
- Push notification delivery, to send reminders to your device.
- Subscription management, to confirm purchases.
- The app stores, which process payments and downloads.
These providers are bound by contract to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we set.
Cookies and website analytics
On our website we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use the site. It tells us which pages are viewed, which links and buttons people use, the general region a visit comes from, and the type of device and browser. We use this to improve the site and decide what to work on next.
This analytics information is about website visits and is kept separate from the account and training data described above. It is reported to us in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally. Google processes it on our behalf. You can read how Google handles this data in the Google Privacy Policy, and you can opt out across all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Most browsers also let you block or clear cookies in their settings.
How long we keep your information
We keep your account and training data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep limited records to meet legal or accounting requirements.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct or complete data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Have your personal data erased.
- Raise a grievance and have it addressed.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you are unable to.
To exercise any of these rights, contact our grievance officer using the details below.
Access, export, and deletion
You can review and edit your data inside the app at any time. You can also delete your account, which removes your personal data from the service. For step-by-step help, see our account and data deletion page. If you would like a copy of your data, contact us and we will help.
Children
Kudora is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will remove it.
Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls, and trusted infrastructure. No service can promise perfect security, so we also review our practices and respond quickly to any issue.
International processing
Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country. Wherever it is handled, we apply the protections described in this policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Kudora grows. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.
